CB Type RS Boiler Feed Pump

RS pump is a single-stage, double-suction, horizontal split-case centrifugal pump for heat network circulation. It is suitable for metallurgy, power stations, chemical industry, heating systems, etc. It is used to transport clean water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature of the transported medium is -2℃~15℃, and the allowable inlet pressure is 0.MPa.

The RS pump is installed horizontally, with the suction port and discharge port both below the center line of the pump and perpendicular to the pump shaft. The pump body and pump cover are separated horizontally along the center of the pump shaft. When inspecting, it is not necessary to disassemble the water inlet and outlet pipes and the motor. The rotor parts can be taken out for maintenance by disassembling the coupling bolts and the pump cover, which is very convenient. The shaft end seal can be either a packing seal or a mechanical seal (single-end unbalanced type). The user can choose the shaft seal method by himself.
