CB Type DK Clean Water Pump
DK pump is a two-stage horizontal split centrifugal pump, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, and can also be used for agricultural irrigation and drainage. It is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid is -20~80 ℃. The maximum allowable inlet pressure is 0.6 MPa.
The pump is horizontally split. The pump suction port and discharge port are both located at the lower part of the pump casing below the pump split surface, horizontally located on both sides and perpendicular to the axis. It is convenient to operate without removing the motor and pipeline during maintenance. The shaft is supported by rolling bearings and sliding bearings. The rolling bearings are grease lubricated except for the 100DK230 and 250DK240 pumps which are lubricated with thin oil. The 250DK360 pump is a sliding bearing with forced circulation of thin oil (equipped with a thin oil station). The pump shaft seal can be a packing seal or a mechanical seal.EMAC will continue to update the product introduction pages of different standard versions of pumps.
