CB Type DF Chemical Pump

DF pump is a single-suction, multi-stage, segmental corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump suitable for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles. The temperature of the conveying medium is 20 ℃ ~ 105 ℃. The allowable inlet pressure is 0.6 MPa.

DF pumps are installed horizontally. Except for the DF155-30 pump, which has a horizontal suction port, the suction ports of other pumps are vertically upward. The discharge ports of all DF pumps are vertically upward. The shaft seal generally uses a packing seal, and a mechanical seal can also be used according to user needs. Except for the DF85-67 pump, which uses a sliding bearing with thin oil lubrication, and the DF155-67 pump, which uses a rolling bearing with thin oil lubrication, the rest use rolling bearings and grease lubrication. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balancing plate mechanism, except for the DF3-40 II pump, which uses a symmetrical arrangement of impellers.EMAC will continue to update the product introduction pages of different standard versions of pumps.
