CB Type Tubular Pump
GZ series tubular pumps are the replacement products of traditional water pump motor units. The inner shell of this type of water pump can be immersed in water for a long time. The appearance is clean and has a series of advantages that traditional units cannot match. This type of pump is a large flow and low head pump, suitable for a diameter of more than 600 mm, and can be used for farmland irrigation and drainage, industrial and mining docks, urban construction and power station water supply and drainage. It is particularly suitable for urban flood control projects, sewage projects and drainage projects (special requirements can be designed separately), and is widely used. It is used to transport clean water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature of the transported liquid does not exceed 50 ℃.
The through-flow pump is installed horizontally and below the water level of the water inlet pool. It does not need to be filled with water when starting. The pump casing is composed of a double-layer cylinder. The motor and gear reducer of the large pump are stored in the inner cylinder shell. The inner and outer cylinders are the flow channel for water. Sometimes the outer periphery of the motor and gear reducer of large and medium-sized pumps can also be directly designed as a concrete flow channel. This type of pump has few bending parts in the pipeline layout from the suction end to the outlet end, and is connected with short pipes, so the pipeline loss is small and the overall efficiency of the pump device is relatively high. The water pump room is mostly a basement, so the handling parts are set on the upper part of the water pump, and the pump room can adopt a covered structure, so the entire pump room environment is clean.EMAC will continue to update the product introduction pages of different standard versions of pumps.
