The Products have been inspected and qualified according to the quality standard. Under the condition of the user’s abiding by the instruction, if there is any damage and operation failure because of quality, the products and spare parts will be repaired and replaced at free charge within 12 months from the date of delivery.
We are responsible for repairing and replacing products within the warranty period, providing warm thoughtful, and meticulous customer service, and responding to complaints about product quality issues within 24 hours. The expatriate service personnel shall not be allowed to leave the site without troubleshooting or cause analysis.
